The water lights up at night.
Out along the coast, tiny organisms turn the lagoon electric blue the moment anything moves through it. Trail a hand over the side, or slip in and swim through your own glowing wake. It only happens after sunset, and nothing else on the coast comes close.
Sun, sail and a snorkel stop.
Catamarans run the reef with rum on the deck and a mask over the side, then pull up at a beach club for the rest of the afternoon. Bring reef-safe sunscreen and leave the rest to the captain.
